Our Return Policy

At Akiō Fitness Wears, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We offer returns on all eligible orders — just follow the steps below.

How It Works

Contact Us First

Email us at info@akiofitnesswears.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Your Pre-Paid Label

Once your return is approved, we will send a pre-paid return label to your registered email address. No cost to you.

Pack and Post

Securely package your item with all original tags attached. Drop it off at your nearest post office and retain proof of postage.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

  • Items must be returned with all original tags still attached
  • Items must be unworn, unstained, and unaltered
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or have stains will not be accepted
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless faulty
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original outbound delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@akiofitnesswears.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
