We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by you.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@akiofitnesswears.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if items are returned in an unsatisfactory condition.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Outbound delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Items marked as final sale or personalised are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product designs, and branding (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to Akiō Fitness Wears and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
